47th Travel back in time to the Battle of Prestonpans

The 47th Regiment of Foot guested with other groups at Prestonpans, recruited as Navy crew and Edinburgh Guard redcoats to fight the Jacobite Rebellion at the Battle of Prestonpans.

It was great fun taking part and running from the Highland charge, surrounded by cannons, swords and muskets, such a fun weekend we look forward to taking part in the next one in a few years.
